Jonathan Lange
Licensed Real Estate Broker / Owner
After graduating from Indiana University with an emphasis in art and business, Jon began his career in Real Estate. During college, he taught himself woodworking which led him to remodeling homes. It was during his own home purchase that he realized real estate was a perfect fit for him given his extensive knowledge of home renovation and the construction industry. Jon prides himself on working with clients to see the unique potential of each house and how to make it their own. His vision and creativity enable him to transform his listings when staging the home to sell. He is able to guide his clients during, and well after, the sale or purchase of their home. He received his Real Estate Sales license in 2004 and a Brokers license in 2017.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, Jon is a father of two: Elliott (14) and Sylvia (10). He enjoys coaching soccer and getting outside with his kids for a hike or workout.
Chris Szabo
Licensed Real Estate Consultant
Chris loves helping clients land in their happy place, which is different for everyone! She has built her career by following a common thread: advocacy. Whether as a trusted coach, teacher, or consultant – and now, as an agent – she gets to work with clients going through some of the most extraordinary transitions of their lives. Whether it be helping a client find a perfect location, working through budget needs and wants, or negotiating a contract, Chris aims to help clients be heard so that their needs can lead the way and assist in achieving their goals.
Chris is also the Grandview Heights High School Cross Country Coach. When not asking her kids to clean up after themselves, she enjoys being outdoors and gardening. Chris is married and has two kids, Sophia (14) and Avery (9).
Dustin Braun
Licensed Real Estate Consultant
Dustin Braun is Vice President and partner at Northwest Property Management and manages a diverse portfolio of investment real estate including retail, office, residential, and campus apartments. Dustin is a licensed Real Estate Agent who works to represent clients in transactions in buying, selling, and leasing property; negotiating contracts and partnering with lenders, title companies, and other agents to ensure successful transactions and clients’ satisfaction. His specific areas of expertise include identification and analysis of investment real estate, acquisition, marketing, and implementation of strategic improvements to develop and position properties to obtain peak market values.
Dustin is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing and resides in Bexley with his wife and 3 daughters.
Sarah Hamilton
Licensed Real Estate Consultant
Previously a teacher who also spent time in the marketing industry, Sarah joined the HomeRounds team as transaction coordinator and soon thereafter became a licensed agent. Born and raised in Akron, her spouse’s medical school and training relocated her family around the country. Along the way, Sarah gained experience buying, remodeling and selling personal homes in vastly different markets. Her family returned to Ohio in 2020 when Sarah’s husband joined OSU-WMC’s medical staff. Sarah brings knowledge of marketing, tech and home remodeling to the HomeRounds team as well as a drive for educating and guiding clients through the many decisions they’ll face when buying or selling a home.
While not practicing real estate, Sarah enjoys being active with her husband and two children–cooking, shoveling snow, or biking the trails in Dublin.
Kelli Aquila
Licensed Real Estate Consultant
With experience as a graphic designer, high school teacher, marketing executive, and now real estate agent, there are two common threads through Kelli's professional career. 1) Relationships. Getting to know people has always been at the core of how Kelli understands her work. Whether with clients, students or members of her team, Kelli strives to nurture relationships that garner excellent results. 2) Creativity. From pitching logo concepts, to working with difficult teenagers, to marketing properties to achieve their highest market value, Kelli has years of experience finding unique ways to solve the problem at hand.
Kelli is proud to be born and raised in Columbus, OH! In her free time you can find her working on training with her rescue pup, or in her little pottery studio in Franklinton, playing with clay and trying to keep all her plants alive.
Bonnie Rodgers

Prior to starting a career in real estate, Bonnie worked in finance in the Silicon Valley before spending fourteen years in upper level management in the retail industry. She opened and managed stores across Europe, living in Milan for five years and learning Italian while doing so. Upon returning stateside, Bonnie began acquiring, renovating and managing her own personal investment properties throughout Columbus. Due to her own property investment experience, she is uniquely positioned to guide clients through the challenges and opportunities real estate endeavors present. Bonnie is a trusted partner for her clients, one who is direct and honest. Her skills learned in retail translate well to real estate where she continues to build strong relationships and focus on her clients’ experiences and satisfaction.
Originally from Massachusetts, Bonnie has lived on the East Coast, the West Coast and is now settled in the Midwest. In her free time, Bonnie enjoys traveling (she's been to 53 countries and counting!), cooking and skiing. She is married and has one daughter (6).
Tonya M Swartz

Since purchasing her first home in 2017, Tonya has developed a deep passion for homeownership and the home buying process. Licensed 3 years ago, her dedication to service, opportunities, and continual growth has led her to work in both residential and commercial real estate in the Columbus metropolitan and surrounding rural areas.
As Columbus, Ohio continues to expand, Tonya has been inspired to continue to advance her real estate experiences and skillset. She is eager to spread joy and knowledge by helping buyer and seller clients find the perfect land, lots, office spaces and homes that suit their needs. She believes buying and selling real estate should be stress-free and rewarding and is excited to continue helping people make some of the most significant decisions of their life.
Julie McQuinn

Julie began her career in real estate shortly after moving to Columbus, Ohio in 2012. She and her husband relocated from upstate New York so he could join The Ohio State University’s General Surgery residency program. As Julie embarked on her new journey in real estate, she discovered a passion for assisting clients locating the perfect home. Through her personal experiences and vast knowledge of the real estate industry, Julie has been able to streamline the difficulties that come with relocation. She takes pride in the details of the home buying and selling process, ensuring every aspect of the transaction is accounted for. These qualities make her an asset to her clients and the HomeRounds team.
When her focus is not on real estate, she enjoys spending time with her two children, running, and cheering on the Buckeyes!
